This event will have more than 45 vendors PetSmart will be hosting our Dog contests held throughout the day, including Highest Jump, Best Howl or Bark, Biggest/Smallest Dog and Best Costume. Prizes will be awarded to winners. There will also be demonstrations by New York State K-9 Unit; and food by Rent A Chef and Raffles. All proceeds support ENCOREplus, a YWCA community-based outreach program that provides screening, education and advocacy services to women. ENCOREplus assists women lacking adequate insurance to obtain free breast and cervical cancer screenings at various local provider locations. ENCOREplus also offers its clients free transportation to screening appointments and works closely with the Cancer Services Program and the American Cancer Society to ensure all women in Broome and Tioga counties receive quality screenings and necessary follow up services. 10AM- 1:00PM. $20 early registration $25 at event 2 or more dogs: $5 each.
