This spot was donated to the Town of Chenango in the 1970’s to be used as a public park. In the 80’s and 90’s the trail system was developed and expanded by the Youth Conservation Corps and Boy Scouts. Following the trails you will traverse forests, open fields, hills, creeks and ridgetops, making it a great place to explore. The Park is home to a beautiful gorge and waterfall that are a must see on your hike.
The entrance (with parking) and trailhead for Wolfe Park is on Dorman Rd, about 1 mile east of Upper Front St (US Rte 11) in the Town of Chenango (although the address is listed as Binghamton).
CHALLENGE – approximately 3 miles
